Hi, I’m Muhammad Hashir — the guy behind StackLabHQ.

Muhammad Hashir — Founder, StackLabHQ
I’m 20, based in Pakistan, and I’ve spent the last few years building online businesses and digital tools from scratch. Somewhere along the way, I got tired of watching small business owners waste money on software that looked great in a demo but didn’t actually fit how they work.
Why I Built This Site
Every software company tells you their tool is “the best.” Every landing page has a slick comparison chart that conveniently puts them in first place. If you’re running a small team and trying to pick a CRM, an accounting tool, or an email platform, you’re stuck sifting through marketing copy instead of getting a straight answer.
I built StackLabHQ to be the resource I wish existed when I was choosing tools for my own projects — a place that tells you what a tool actually does well, where it falls short, and whether it’s worth your money based on your team size and budget, not someone else’s.
What We Cover
We focus on the software categories small businesses actually rely on day to day: CRM software, project management tools, accounting and invoicing platforms, email marketing tools, productivity software, and HR and payroll systems.
How We Research and Review
We don’t just skim a homepage and write an opinion. Every review starts with hands-on research into the product itself — what it does, who it’s built for, and how it compares to similar tools in its category. We verify pricing directly from the vendor’s website rather than relying on outdated screenshots or third-party data, because pricing pages change constantly and we’d rather be accurate than lazy.
What Makes Us Different
Here’s the honest part: some of the links on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. But that commission never decides our rankings. We’d rather recommend the $12/month tool that’s genuinely right for a 3-person team than push you toward the enterprise plan just because it pays better. Our goal is for you to trust what we say enough to come back next time you need to make a software decision.
